Dereck Williams is a successful entrepreneur and consultant in the manufacturing industry with over 24 years of experience in manufacturing including running his own companies. He is the owner of Gamma Group, Co-Owner of Unlimited Custom Machining, and holds several fractional and advisory roles .
Dereck has a wide range of skills in new business development, process improvement, management consulting, and ISO standards. He has helped companies of all sizes with their most complex challenges and has established diverse customer bases across multiple industries.
He has several certifications including: MEng, ASQ-QCE, ASQ-CQM, LSS-BB, NDT LP II, NDT RT I, Lead Auditor (ISO13485, AS9100, TS16949, and ISO9001)
Kimberly Williams is an expert Operations Director at Gamma Group who has been committed to quality and customer satisfaction for nearly 15 years. She takes pride in her leadership skills and is dedicated to driving cost reduction and customer satisfaction while supporting the growth of strong teams.
Kimberly's expertise lies in program development, communication, QMS, continuous improvement, and quality auditing. She has extensive experience consulting with various business types in the areas of quality systems and continual improvement. Kimberly is certified in BSME, ASQ-CQE, LSS-BB, NDT RT II, and Lead Auditor (ISO9001, AS9100).
She has held senior management roles at Diamond WTG Engineering & Services and Creative Plastics Injection Molding, where she ensured facility-wide compliance to various regulatory requirements. Her proven track record in these roles has established her as a seasoned operations professional with a wealth of knowledge in the field.
